Festival Fever has begun as more and more insane talent has decided to grace South African Shores. Linkin Park, Lady Gaga and the amazing Bloc Party are performing later this year and yes I am preparing by posting about festival fashion. Why can’t I call a concert a one day festival??

• CHEESE STUFFED DATES •

Amazing sweet and savoury rich tasty goodness! Just bought a packet of dates and decided to make these. Simplest recipe ever.

All you need is dates, goats cheese and finely chopped pecans (optional).

PROCESS: Turn your oven on, slice the dates lenthwise to remove the pit. Stuff the date with goats cheese and sprinkle with pecans. Place in oven on greased tray to warm up for 3 to 4 minutes. DONE!
